Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the manufacturer of insecticides shall apply to the Insecticides Board in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Insecticides Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
