Application for registration.—Every online gaming intermediary carrying on the provision of online games shall make an application for registration to the Cyber Appellate Tribunal in Form B, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every security audit report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
