Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any dealer in medical devices dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Director of Health Services in Form 25, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every licence then held; and the Director of Health Services shall enter the intimation in the register within ninety days of its receipt.
