Intimation of change.—Every operator of a common service centre shall intimate to the Panchayat Samiti, in Form 8 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Panchayat Samiti shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
