Application for registration.—Every holder of a reconnaissance permit carrying on reconnaissance operations shall make an application for registration to the State Government in Form J, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every mineral held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
