Correction of entries.—The Maintenance Tribunal may, on an application made in Form II by any registrar of births and deaths or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than seven days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
