Grant of certificate of registration.—The Maintenance Tribunal shall, on being satisfied that the application is complete and that the fee of two thousand rupees has been paid, register the applicant, shall issue to him a certificate of registration in Form VII within ninety days of the receipt of the application, and shall enter in the register the number and date of the certificate and the particulars of every register of deaths stated in the application.
