Safe custody.—Every registrar of births and deaths shall keep every register of deaths to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the registration of births and deaths is carried on, shall record in Form VI the description of every register of deaths so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Maintenance Tribunal within forty-five days of the close of each year.
