Intimation of change.—Every institution for persons with disabilities shall intimate to the Chief Commissioner, in Form VIII and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
