Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the institution for persons with disabilities shall apply to the Chief Commissioner in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Chief Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
