Surrender of certificate.—Every copyright society who ceases to carry on the administration of rights by a copyright society shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Copyright Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 9 of the manner in which every specification held by him has been disposed of.
