Application for registration.—Every operator of a home stay carrying on the running of a home stay shall make an application for registration to the Director General in Form VI, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every antiquity held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
