Intimation of change.—Every agent shall intimate to the Regional Controller of Mines, in Form A and within three hundred and sixty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Regional Controller of Mines shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
