Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the self-employed person shall apply to the Corporation in Form 9 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees, and the Corporation shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
