Safe custody.—Every contractor supplying stores to the Force shall keep every identity card to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the supply of stores is carried on, shall record in Form C the description of every identity card so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Madhya Pradesh within three days of the close of each year.
