Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a helicopter who ceases to carry on the operation of helicopters shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-8 of the manner in which every flight plan held by him has been disposed of.
