Report of inspection.—The Wireless Monitoring Officer shall, within thirty days of an inspection, submit a report of the inspection to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal in Form E, and a copy of the report shall be furnished to the sender of commercial messages on request.
