Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the sender of commercial messages shall apply to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten lakh rupees, and the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
