Intimation of change.—Every sender of commercial messages shall intimate to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, in Form H and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
