Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any sender of commercial messages dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal in Form B, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of subscribers then held; and the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
