Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the hereditary trustee shall apply to the Commissioner of Endowments in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Commissioner of Endowments shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three hundred and sixty-five days of the application.
