Application for registration.—Every debenture trustee carrying on the protection of the interests of debenture holders shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Companies in Form AOC-4, within ninety days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every resolution held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
