Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any debenture trustee dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Registrar of Companies in Form DIR-12, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every certificate of incorporation then held; and the Registrar of Companies shall enter the intimation in the register within ninety days of its receipt.
