Authorised agent.—Any debenture trustee may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these regulations, shall intimate to the Registrar of Companies in Form PAS-3 the name and address of the agent within sixty days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within thirty days of the revocation.
