Surrender of certificate.—Every debenture trustee who ceases to carry on the protection of the interests of debenture holders shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Companies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form DIR-12 of the manner in which every register of members held by him has been disposed of.
