Regulation 2, IBBI (Registration of Debenture trustees) Regulations, 2024 [S58-F6Q]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016); (b) "debenture trustee" means a person carrying on the protection of the interests of debenture holders; (c) "return" means a return received, held or disposed of by a debenture trustee in the course of the protection of the interests of debenture holders; (d) "Form AOC-4" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
