Application for registration.—Every person carrying on a clinical establishment carrying on the running of a clinical establishment shall make an application for registration to the State Medical Council in Form 25, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every test report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
