Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Export Promotion Council in the custody of the Foreign Trade Development Officer, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Export Promotion Council; and where the Foreign Trade Development Officer having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form ANF-3A within thirty days of the succession.
