Forms.—The forms specified in the Schedule shall be used for the purposes for which they are so specified, and where no form is specified for any purpose, an application, return or intimation which contains the particulars these rules require shall be sufficient; Form ANF-4A and Form ANF-2A shall be supplied by the Export Promotion Council on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and a form so supplied shall bear the date on which it was supplied and shall be used within one hundred and twenty days of that date.
