Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the aggregator shall apply to the Central Board in Form 20 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Central Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
