Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods who ceases to carry on the storage of inflammable goods shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every warning held by him has been disposed of.
