Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any person residing in a prohibited area dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Commanding Officer of the Unit in Form H, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every pass then held; and the Commanding Officer of the Unit shall enter the intimation in the register within fifteen days of its receipt.
