Maintenance of premises.—Every person residing in a prohibited area shall keep the premises where residence in a prohibited area is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every stores kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with residence in a prohibited area, and shall furnish to the Commanding Officer of the Unit in Form D, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
