Application for registration.—Every debenture trustee carrying on the protection of the interests of debenture holders shall make an application for registration to the Competition Commission in Form ADT-1, within ninety days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every share held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
