Bye-law 8, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Registration of The protection of the interests of debenture holders) Bye-laws, 2024 [S57-VYF]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 21 May 2024.
Report to the Government.—The Competition Commission shall prepare, within one hundred and eighty days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these bye-laws during that year, of the number of debenture trustees whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Central Government and publish it within sixty days of its preparation.
