Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any debenture trustee dies, his legal representative shall, within one hundred and eighty days of the death, intimate the death to the Competition Commission in Form PAS-3, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every resolution then held; and the Competition Commission shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
