Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the tour operator shall apply to the Competent Authority in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees, and the Competent Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
