Application for registration.—Every web aggregator carrying on the display of insurance products on a website shall make an application for registration to the Council of Insurers in Form IRDA-1, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every claim held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
