Report to the Government.—The Director of Mines and Geology shall prepare, within fifteen days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of transporters of minerals whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Himachal Pradesh and publish it within three hundred and sixty-five days of its preparation.
