Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any recruiting agent dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the passport authority in Form B, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every permit then held; and the passport authority shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
