Surrender of certificate.—Every nursing home who ceases to carry on the running of a nursing home shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Registering Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 41 of the manner in which every record held by him has been disposed of.
