Intimation of change.—Every occupier shall intimate to the Rehabilitation Authority, in Form 4 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Rehabilitation Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
