Intimation of change.—Every owner of a private service vehicle shall intimate to the Government of Tamil Nadu, in Form 4 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Tamil Nadu shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
