Correction of entries.—The Government of Tamil Nadu may, on an application made in Form 23 by any owner of a private service vehicle or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than seven days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
