Maintenance of premises.—Every owner of a private service vehicle shall keep the premises where the use of a private service vehicle is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every toll kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the use of a private service vehicle, and shall furnish to the Government of Tamil Nadu in Form 30, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
