Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a slaughter house who ceases to carry on the slaughter of animals shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Town Vending Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every building held by him has been disposed of.
