Intimation of change.—Every direct-to-home operator shall intimate to the Board of Film Certification, in Form I and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Board of Film Certification shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
