Application for registration.—Every direct-to-home operator carrying on the provision of direct-to-home broadcasting services shall make an application for registration to the Board of Film Certification in Form VII, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every periodical held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
