Application for registration.—Every authorised entity carrying on the establishment of a telecommunication network shall make an application for registration to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal in Form B, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every tower held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
