Periodical returns.—Every authorised entity shall furnish to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, within fifteen days of the close of each year, a return in Form E of the establishment of a telecommunication network carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
